Hey Everyone! Hope you're all doing well. I am sorry that I haven't been on in a while. There has been so much going on. First of all, my Mother-in-Law. We did not get good news. She has cancer and it is on most of her organs. She was in the hospital for a week. And she has not done well. She went back in the hospital today for more tests and some biopsies. Now she is waiting and we will go from here. Please pray for her and for the family.
And I have another prayer request. We have a dear friend that is in the hospital today. She went to the hospital this AM and had a heart attack 5 minutes after she got there. They did a catheter and she had some blockages and they wound up doing 3 stints. The doctor said if she hadn't been there when it happened, she would have died. Thank you, Lord!!! They think she is going to be fine. Please pray for her and her family. She is like my second Mom.
We are crazy busy at work and I am SO tired! We had 5 surgeries this AM-- and then saw clients from 2:30 to 5 PM.... and it has been a very long day. We have been busy like this for 2 months... it's good for business but hard on the body!! :)
Well, Spring is here!!! I know this because my allergies have increased tremendously and there are trees and flowers blooming everywhere and...... bumblebees and wasps which I avoid at all costs.. very allergic.... :) But it is nice to see sun and flowers after the cold winter.
I hope everyone is doing ok and all is well ... Diane is feeling better today.. though still stuffed up... she has not been feeling well.. she says she is not a nice person to be around when she is sick but she is really more quiet than anything... Shhh...don't tell her I said that.... :)
Jessica is growing nicely... I got to feel the baby kick me several times Sunday. I am giving her a shower at our church the 7th of April.. the day before Easter. I can't believe it's already April!!
Well, I think I will close for now... I'm ready for my bed... I've had the hot shower and I'm ready to relax and watch the Food Network for a while... Hey, Sister. I've been trying to get a new post done but my computer was running so slow it was like running in molasses. I turned it off and restarted it and it's doing better. I should have my new post up soon.
I just dropped by to see if you had any news about your MIL. I wish there was more I could do for y'all.
I'm doing better but still feel yucky and weak. No energy at all. My gizzard is not as sore as it was, but still have the gunk on my tonsils.
Love you and hope to see you Sunday, if not before. Hopefully I'll be ablt to go to church if I don't think I'm still contagious...
