Hello Everyone... I just wanted to come on long enough to say hi.. It has been raining all morning and the wind is blowing really hard.... I am in bed for the 5th day. I started getting sick Thursday evening at work.. coughing.. and had to leave work sick on Friday at 10:30. I called for an appointment with my doctor and they were "overwhelmed." And I felt so bad I didn't want to go to our nearest other town to go to the doctor... but they were all full anyway and so was the emergency room at the 2 nearest hospitals. I had already made an appointment with my doctor for my physical yesterday so I made it through until then. I have bronchitis... she did x-rays because she thought I had pneumonia... I went to our drug store and got my medicines and came home and got back in bed and I'm still in bed... I don't know if I will even be able to work tomorrow.. There are so many people sick. I knew I didn't have the flu... it's going around but so is the vomiting/diarrhea virus and other viruses.... Hope I don't have any of those to worry about!

It has been a rainy day here as well. I bet we got at least 3 inches this morning. It was a very hard blowing rain. The Sun is out now and it's still windy. Around 1:45p.m. we got another round of very heavy blowing rain. So, I'm just guessing we have gotten around 3-4 inches of rain today. The front of my house is flooed. I may have to get a boat. LOL. I'm sorry you are so sick my friend. I'm glad you went to the doctor and got some meds for it tho. Just stay in bed and take care of yourself. I will be praying for you. Sorry you're still puny, Sis. I had Emmy all day and Jessica just picked her up at 6 pm so I haven't spent much time on the computer today.
Our power has been off at least a dozen times, no exaggeration. I just left my computer off because I didn't want a power surge to mess it up. The power just flickered again as I type this! It's also 35º now at 6:40 pm down fro a high of almost 70º!
I looked yesterday, out of curiosity, and your first post was Jan. 25th of last year, so you missed your blogiversary, but you could still do a post about it. It's not all that late, only a few days.
I think I'm going to have a big bowl of taco soup from the freezer for supper. I may fix beef and gravy tomorrow.
Hope you're better and able to work tomorrow. Maybe I'll see you at church tomorrow night...

sorry to hear your under the weather , I will send CYber Soup and A HUG to keep you warm . Stay under the covers and ride it out , rest , more rest and did I say rest?? LOL
