Friday... and then the Weekend...

Hello everyone.. Hope you all had a good Friday. I worked today... still a little slow but I am doing better. Thanks for all the prayers and everyone who commented... I just wanted to come on for a few minutes and say hello. I have to work tomorrow so I will have to get my clothes ready and I'm thinking about a hot bath. It is cold tonight! Hopefully, it will warm up some... who knows around here??

I am one lucky woman tonight... My hubby brought me in dinner. We had Ruby Tuesday's. We had steaks and baked potatoes. It was really good. I cooked last night... we had cube steaks, shells and cheese, asparagus, and peas.. and yeast rolls. It was pretty good.. so Hubby brought me dinner tonight. He's the best Hubby in the world... he really is.....

Well, I guess I'll close for now so I can go get a bath and get ready for bed... and get ready for work tomorrow.. Hope you all have a good day tomorrow. I'll check back in soon... Hugs to all.. Cecil

Glad you're feeling better. Mar just called and he's got a snoot full and he's coughing some.

Your suppers both sound good. I had a fried ham sandwich for supper, and now I'm having a Milky Way for dessert.

I'm supposed to have Emmy all day Saturday and I have to bake a cake sometime tomorrow for Bobby's b-day. Don't know what kind yet.

Lord willing I'll see you Sunday if not before.

Love you,

Joe

Good Afternoon Cecil,
I'm glad your feeling a little better. Hopefully you will be all better in a few days. It is 54 degrees as I'm typing this. It's not too bad outside. The wind is blowing a little and that makes it a little more chilly. I should say that you do have a very wonderful husband. I'm glad he brought supper home for yall. It's been a while since I've had steak and I'm about due for one. LOL. Maybe for Valentine's, my DH will take me out to eat one, that is if we can afford it. Things are starting to look a bit better. We are getting there, slowly but surely. Our youngest daughter came home from School yesterday afternoon not feeling well and her and our oldest daughter had plans of staying all night with my Sister. They went down there and later on they called and I had to go get our youngest daughter. She had been throwing up quite a bit. I had some phinagrin in the tubes that you rub on your wrist and I gave her one of those. She is feeling a bit better today. I'm fixing her some potato soup right now. Take care my friend and don't overdo yourself. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
