Hey Everyone...Just wanted to take time to come on and say "hi." I will be working the rest of the week so I may not be on for a few days... I hope you all had a good weekend. Hubby and I went out on a date yesterday. We ate lunch at Mc*Allisters.. I had a club sandwich with chips and he had chicken salad and a cup of broccoli cheese soup... we both had iced tea..it was good. We went to Stein*mart and then Jessica and Jason and Munchkin met us there. We got her some new clothes and wanted to give them to them yesterday... We shopped for a bit and Uncle Brian (hubby) let Munch pick out her first Christmas ornament...literally....he stopped in front of a basket and let her pick one out! And then we made it over to the baby section... she was so excited to see everything! Then he let her pick a toy... she got a teddy bear... he is so soft and sweet...like her!!! She would just hug him and squish him..... Then we went back to their house to visit a bit and then it was time for us to come home.... We had a wonderful time with them...
Today, Diane and Lamar went to see the fall foliage with some friends of ours... Sue and I went out to lunch at our fav Italian restaurant that Diane talks about... Lazzari's... and her daughter met us there.. then we went to the mall and looked around... I got some lotion at Bath & B*ody Works.... Winter Candy Apple... and we went down the mall for a bit... I got hubby a Christmas goody, too. It's the first gift I got this year.. and I wrapped it when I got home. I'm going to try to wrap everything as I bring it in this year...
Tomorrow, I need to run to the car dealership and pick up my paperwork and go to the insurance office here before I go to work... Sue said she would go with me.. I'll try to get everything done, get lunch and head to work. And it may rain... who knows around here??
Well, I have to go for now. I will have to get my clothes ready and that may mean ironing.... So, I will see you all soon.... I also have to feed Edith... she will be waiting for her dinner! Have a good day tomorrow.... Hugs to all.... Cecil

Thank you for stopping by. We got some more rain this morning. I'm guessing we probably got about an inch or inch and a half. We had some pretty bad lightening again. It was the cloud to ground lightening. I had to shut everything off. That is why I'm late in posting today. Where is McAllister's at in Jonesboro? I don't guess I've heard of that. When me and hubby first got married, on the weekends when we could afford it, we would go to Jonesboro and try the new restaurants that was opened up. I haven't even begun to start Christmas shopping yet. I always seem to be one of those that have to wait to the last minute. Seems like I never have the money when they are having good sales and all. All I care about is buying for my girls. They come first. Me and hubby usually wait till after the first of the year to get each other something. Well, you take care my friend and have a great week and Tuesday. I had to get papers on my vehicle last month and know what you mean about that. God Bless You.
