Hey Everyone..Hope you are all well. I can't believe it's time for me to go back to work already.. sigh.... But it is. Saturday night, I had to go on to bed after my bath and sitting up with hubby for a bit. Instead of leaving us gold and silver, our inheritance from our Dad was arthritis and foot problems. I could not go to sleep and had to get up and take medicine at midnight. I went to sleep sometime after 12:30. So, I was very tired Sunday. I got up and got ready for church and went to breakfast with our sister, Martha (aka Ducky) and ordered a cup of coffee. I managed to stay awake most of the day... I did take a short nap in Diane's recliner after lunch. But I made it through. And we had good services Sunday night. One of our former pastors was there and he preached.. he also happens to be the one who married me and hubby. It was good to see him and his wife.
Yesterday, Sue and I went to Diane and Lamar's and spent the day with them.. And today, we all went and ate Chinese and went to Wally World and then back to their house for a while. Had a good day.
I will have to work through Saturday and on Saturday afternoon, I have to cook for our Homecoming services at church on Sunday. We have our regular classes and preaching (the same former pastor is preaching then, too) and then we have a huge dinner there. If nothing changes, I am making 7 layer salad, corn souffle, and pumpkin dessert and I am making sweet tea for my drink. We always have a good time. I am looking forward to it.
I hope you are all well. Munchkin is doing good in daycare. I am glad. I have missed her this week.... :( .. but am glad she is doing good.

I had intended to post on my blog Tuesday evening but had too much to do and didn't get to it. Hopefully I can post Wednesday afternoon.
That office chair I bought Tuesday at Wal*Mart while we were there? I hate the thing. I took it apart and put it back in the box. I'm taking it back to Wal*Mart and getting my money back.

Cecil, sounds like you've been busy. Hope your arthritis stops aggravating you and you can enjoy your big weekend and all that good food.
