Hello everyone... I hope you are all well. I am trying to get my post in because hubby needs the 'puter later. So let's catch up, shall we?
Yesterday, most of the family went to Seth's dedication at Danny and Mikki's church and then back to their place for lunch... we had a good time.... Today, they had to take Seth to the emergency room.. they thought he had a hernia but decided it is a hydracele...or fluid.. so please pray for him.... he may have to have surgery..they are sending him to a urologist.. he's only 6 months old... We'd appreciate your prayers for him and his Mom and Dad...
Today, I had a meeting at work for an hour and a half and then I had to go to the bank and order checks...I wanted frog checks...they were $26.00...I got plain green checks... I will look for frog checks online and have hubby print me an order form...
After that, Sue and I went to Wally World to pick up a few things... I am ready for dinner....beef roast and gravy, mashed potatoes, baby green peas, white shoepeg corn and dinner rolls.....yum.... I am waiting on hubby.. it won't take long to get ready..with Mr. Microwave....;-) ... The beef roast is Smithfield and the potatoes are Country Crock... and both are really good... and so easy when you're tired.... When we got to Diane's, Princess Emmy was taking a nap and our other sister, Donna, was there... she blogs at zztop's little piece of Heaven.. I was glad to see her... Haven't seen her in a long time..she is a very busy woman... no rest for the weary...... Then Sue and I came home and Jess and Jason came after Munchkin..
Hubby will be home in a bit and I'll get dinner ready.
Ok..Diane tagged me for a meme... hmm.. I have to use my middle name.. and list something that is a fact with each letter.....hmm... here goes...
K.... Kooky.... I have been called a nut on more than one occasion... I'd like to say it was all family but I have to give the facts, M'aam... just the facts....
A.... A bit stubborn... I get it from my dad... and 4 other sisters...he he he...
Y.... Good grief....what to do with "y"?? I can't think of anything..... this is tough..hmm... young at heart... though the body may be failing, I feel young at heart.. :)
Whew... feel free to do this but it is tough if you have certain letters!
Well, I'm sure you noticed my title... the last thing on there is for tomorrow.. I don't think any of us will ever forget 9/11...... And tomorrow is 9/11... It doesn't seem like it has been 6 years. I will never forget that day. And I will never forget the horror of watching that second plane hit the second building...and the collapse of the buildings... and the crash into the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania... flight 93 and flight 175.... The worst terrorist attack in US history.. So, I hope we all take time tomorrow to hug our husbands, and kids..if you have kids.. whoever your family is..take time to tell them you love them... never take anyone you have for granted.. cell phones meant so much on that day 6 years ago.... I pray that we all take time tomorrow to pray for our families and the families who lost so much on that day... and now for the men and women fighting in Iraq and other hostile countries..... God Bless the USA!!! And God bless us... We need to pray for our country and the leaders of it... and for each other.... Cecil

I don't know Amy but I'll keep her family in my prayers along with your Seth of course.
I had a personal connection of sorts with the WTC. That day was a never ending nightmare.
Nothing for "Y"?
Y is for yummy.
