My sister DONNA, WHO BLOGS AT ZZTOP'S LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN, honored me with this award. I am so excited!! Thanks, Sis... I appreciate it..... I don't know how to do a lot of the technical stuff on here so Diane helps me.. she is my computer doctor! lol Thanks, Diane!!! She put this on for me so I can display it on my blog... It's so nice to have my first award!I also want to thank Diane for the new pic on my blog header. It is a picture of my baby, Amos, that Brian (hubby) took a few months ago and Diane put it on here for me. I love it.. it is very catty... he he he... Thanks again, Diane!!
Well, the weekend... hubby got home right before I got off work Saturday morning and I met him at our house and we went out. We went to eat lunch at our favorite Italian restaurant.. we got canneloni....... salads and bread... cheesecake.. and then we went shopping for a bit and went to the movies.. we saw "Stard*dust...it was really good.. then we came home.
Yesterday, I went to church and after church, the family went to lunch at Crackerbarr*el. It was hubby, me, Martha, Diane, Lamar, Martha's granddaughter and then Jessica and Jason came to meet us. Princess Emmy was at Jason's mom's house because they were still moving some things.. We had a good lunch and then they came back to Diane's and hubby and I went shopping for a bit and went to Barnes & No*ble for books and drinks... I got a caramel frappachino with chocolate and hubby got a caramel macchiato..hot... ugh... can't do a hot drink right now... I have to have the frozen kind right now. I donated part of mine to Diane when I got to church. I came home and rested last night.
Today me and Sue got sandwich goodies and went to Diane & Lamar's. Princess Em slept a lot today.. But was precious as usual... :) I came home and made dinner for me and hubby.. well, actually I added heat and it was done... lol... roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, baby green peas, and shoepeg corn... it was so good... hubby said delicious.. I agree... It's one of our favorite meals.... I am really tired tonight.. allergies are awful.. it took me a about 30 minutes to go to sleep last night and I woke up early.. I fell asleep in Diane's recliner today... I leaned back and the next thing I knew, I was out....had a nice nap... he he he
Well. I guess I will de-blog for now. Hubby went to get him some ice cream and a Coke for me and I know he wants to check his email and work on some stuff, so I will close for now.. and I need to feed Queen Edith... I hope everyone had a good weekend and I'll be back soon... Cecil
