Well, it is almost time for me to hit the hay.. have to work tomorrow. How did everyone spend the 4th? I stayed home most of the day...got a bit of a headache so after lunch, I took some meds and took a nap with Amos and Boom..
This evening, Martha (sister) came over and we went and got Diane and Lamar and went to eat Chinese. And Danny and Mikki (and baby Seth) came and met us there. We stayed there 'til time for church.
We had a wonderful service tonight.... paying tribute to our soldiers, prayers, and just remembering...
Then I came home... lots of fireworks.... mostly firecrackers.... It has been a good day... and now I have to get ready for bed... work time will come early...
I hope everyone had a good day.. a safe day.. and that you made some good memories...

I worked.... As in cooked for about 45 to 50 people. I was tired and didn't stay up to watch fire-works..
Those 4:00am mornings come early. This has been a real busy week.I'll go to bed early tonight too.
