Hi Everyone... You read it in my title... It has been miserable today. And it ain't even August yet...whew......
Yesterday was hubby's birthday. He had to work so Sue and I went to Diane and Lamar's for the day. Of course, we got to see Princess Emmy... aka Precious Emmy...aka my new munchkin... :) We had ham sandwiches, garden tomatoes, chips and dip.....(Diane fried the ham...yum!!...thanks !!) Sue and I picked up the goodies to go with it and we had a feast...
Last night, I took hubby out for his birthday and Diane and Lamar went along.. we had a good time. We went to IHOP and got breakfast...it was pretty good. Then we went to the mall for a bit. I got hubby some birthday goodies....and I just had to go look at babies clothes. So we found Emmy a cute Polo dress..... hubby likes Polo... so cute... And we took it by to them and headed home. We both had to work today. I've had a headache all day so I came home tonight and stayed home. I got everything taken care of so I could sit a while. Have to work the rest of the week.
Diane had done a meme on her blog and I've never done this so I thought I'd try it...... Here goes.. looked like fun...

So, your first meme under your belt. It won't be long until you're an old hand at this blogging stuff.
It's almost 10 and I'll be going to bed in a little while. I'm supposed to make chow chow for McDole tomorrow and I may make some of my homemade salsa and/or hot pepper jelly. Just depends. Hope Emmy cooperates. :-)
