Friday...A Better Day!

Hello everyone! Let me start off by saying that today has been a better day. It almost had to be! I went in to work and we were run to death all day but it was a much better day and things ran smoothly.. thank you, Lord! I made the comment at church Wednesday night that I was about ready to break a commandment and that I needed prayer...as it was the one about murder.... one of the young men of the church told me after church that he counted down to the wrong commandment and he thought I was about to commit not murder.....but adultery!! I assured him I would more than likely commit the first sin than the second!! lol His wife about died when he told her I was about to commit adultery... Luckily, she told him he had the wrong commandment. We got a good laugh out of it..... :)

So, how is everyone? Good I hope. I know that my sister Donna has had a rough week, too. Hang in there, Sis! It'll get better. I was about ready to hunt you down. I asked Diane last week if she'd heard from you. Didn't know what hours you were working or anything. Love ya more!!!

Well, what does everyone have going on this weekend? I know Jessica is working all weekend..she is worn out.. I talked to her a bit ago. I have to work tomorrow 'til 1:00 and then I plan on grabbing some lunch and then coming home to veg out on the couch and watching tv with the kidz and probably napping a little. I like that kind of Saturday! Brian (hubby) will be working late and so I will just veg out and get my wardrobe ready for church Sunday. If nothing changes, I have a date Sunday with hubby ... dinner and shopping..can't wait! I cleaned house when I got home tonight because I like to have Saturday afternoon to do whatever I want.. And if I don't want to do a thing, then I don't have to.....All I have to do is plan my outfit for church and take a good bath, and pick out my accessories and that's about it besides studying my lesson for Sunday school...

So, my weekend is pretty much planned out... hope you all have a good weekend, too!

I guess you've noticed-- if you visit my blog much--that I have a new "look" on here. I wanted to try something different so Diane... my sister and fabulous blog designer helped me out by changing my colors....I choose a beautiful rose color... I love pinks...and by adding some family photos, I think it is quite spiffy!!!! Thanks, Diane! I do appreciate it! I work on the computer at work all day and to be honest sometimes when I get home, the last thing I want to do is get on here. So I've never sat down to learn how to put pictures on here or do some of the other things that others do.... I wish I could but I just want to come on and have fun sometimes and I don't want to spend time learning how to do complicated things... LOL Thank goodness someone else does!! :)
