It's Alive!!!!
Hey Everyone, I wasn't able to come on last night. I worked yesterday and didn't think I was going to make it, but thanks to the Lord, I made it through! I even got through today. We were shorthanded because 2 people were out sick.. But we got through... I got to see when it started snowing Wednesday and it was so pretty. And then last night, it started sleeting and then snowing again. We have some icicles hanging outside our bedroom window and they are so pretty!! But today, the sun came out and most of it is gone now.... I honestly don't know why but when it snows, I think of my mom and I miss her so much... I think it's because I think snow is so magical and I think Heaven is magical and since she is there, I put the 2 together..... And like Diane, I love snowcream!! Mom used to make it everytime it snowed!! My goodness the memories we have!! Hmm.....maybe that's why I think of her when it snows...... I guess one of the greatest gifts we have in our lives is memories!!!.......Hope everyone is doing well... I am feeling better... thanks for all the prayers!! Keep praying.. I'm still having some problems... But at least I can work and I feel better... So, It's Friday night and I have to get up in the AM and go to work, so, I guess I'll get off here and get ready for bed. Hope you all have a good day tomorrow and blessings to you all..... Cecil

Hey, Sister, glad you're feeling a little better. :-)
You know how much I love the snow, too. The snowcream WAS good, accent on WAS. Making it makes me think of Mama, and all those times she made it for us when we were growing up.
Almost all of our snow is gone now. Boo hoo...sniff, sniff...
I guess our singing is still on for church on Saturday afternoon. If so, hope to see you there. If not, hopefully I'll see you Sunday morning for church.

I'm glad you're feeling better.I wouldn't clean any more closets for a while though.
I was thinking about snow-cream and mama last night.I think I miss mom and dad more now than I did last year.Every time a storm comes up or it snows I think of them.When I look around my room I have little reminders of them.You know,Mom's purses,and Daddys fishing poles.I sure miss them;).But I wouldn't wish them back for anything.I know they are where they need to be,sitting by the throne and listening to angels:).
