Hey Everybody! Hope everyone is doing ok. I'm fine. A little sleepy. Went to work this AM at 8 and got off at 1 pm. Went and got a cheeseburger and fries and a Coke and came home. Worked on the house just a bit--thanks to my hubby--who cleaned yesterday---I love you!! I didn't have to do a lot today! I sat down and turned on the tv--yes, Jessica--it was the Food Network!! And 2 of the babies climbed up on the couch with me and I covered up with a throw and slept for a few minutes. Ahh.... Saturday afternoon.... My best girl buddy called and asked me if I want to take a weekend trip in about 3 weeks......hmmm... do I? Woo hooo!!!! I'm there!! Can't wait...of course, as long as the weather cooperates. We'll do a check on that. We usually go somewhere every year so I'm looking forward to it. We try to get together at least once a month and go out for dinner and go shopping. Nothing like a date with your best girl buddy----I recommend it highly! If nothing else, we'll hunt down a big Wal-Mart and check it out!! LOL ... We'll find something to do.... eat, shop... etc....
I haven't talked to Diane yet... not sure what we'll do for Sunday dinner... stay in or go out.. We went last Monday and ate Japanese... yum!! So we'll see... My hubby is working tonight and we'll just get something quick.... I plan on running a big tub of hot bubbles and climbing in for a while. I also have to study my Sunday school lesson and polish my nails and decide what I'd like to wear tomorrow....something very warm, of course. And I need to set up a big barrel so I can fill it with body lotion and climb in--my skin is SO DRY!! LOL .... It's amazing to me that my face is oily but my skin is dry--go figure.....Anyways.... I don't have anything oily...I heated up some Jergens in the microwave and took a bath in it after my shower.I've been thinking about using
Avon's silicone glove.....But it makes you kinda slick all over...eeeeww.Anyhoo,don't know whats happening tomorrow.Jon wants to go to K-Mart and buy a Iz.I need to pick up a few grocerys.Food Giant had some rib-eyes today for a little over $2.00 and I picked up some of those.(they were good too)
I tried some scalloped potatoes 3 for $5.00,they were good also.
But Diane and I are running low on bread flour,and I'm low on yeast.That means a trip to Sam's.
I may do that early and drop it off
tomorrow afternoon.But first I have to find out what she's gonna do;)

Saturday's are the best days for viewing...and a quilted throw and grandbabies...ahhh that's the life...I just wished my grandbabies lived nearby!! My kitten Clarence will stand in a pinch!!

Sounds like a nice plan to get away , we could always use something like that , esp with a good friend , hope you have a great time ,and the weather co operates ..
I know what you mean about the barrell of skin cream , winter is awful on a girls skin isnt it !
